Unit 3 Clyst Units is a 5,035 sq ft 1980’s industrial unit, incorporating 700 sq ft of offices and having 11 allocated parking spaces. The unit has been let to Mitie Engineering Services (South West) at a rent of £27,000 pa, or £5.36 psf.
Stratton Creber Commercial acted jointly with King Sturge on behalf of the landlord.

The 90,000 sq ft Merlin building on Hunts Rise, South Marston has

been let on its completion to South Marston Distribution Company, one of Honda Manufacturing’s principal suppliers. Merlin was developed by developers, Graftongate Gleeson Ltd.
The letting agents for the facility were Whitmarsh Lockhart and Savills.
The facility was available at a quoting rent of £5.90 psf. Loveday & Loveday advised the tenant.

A large site at Exeter’s Marsh Barton estate has just been let.
6 Christow Road, which was vacated last year when SA trucks moved to Peamore, has now been let to Keyline Construction, a subsidiary of Travis Perkins. The property comprises various buildings on a site of over an acre, and Keyline have commenced a major programme of works, which will include the demolition of one building and the refurbishment of the others.
On behalf of the landlord, Stratton Creber Commercial have agreed a new 20-year lease, without breaks, to Travis Perkins (Properties) Ltd at the asking rent of £90,000 pa.

A new industrial unit at Exeter’s Matford Park has been sold by Stratton Creber Commercial.
Unit 7 Oak Units is an end terrace industrial unit of 2,035 sq ft completed by Rok Developments in the Spring. The unit has been sold on behalf of a private investor off an asking price of £234,000, equating to £115 psf.
