Acting on behalf of Woollcombe Yonge Soliciors, Stratton Creber Commercial has sold the freehold interest in 22 Queen Anne Terrace, North Hill, Plymouth. The premises comprise a four-storey period building, in a well established business location opposite the Plymouth University Campus. The former offices of Woollcombe Yonge, who have now relocated to new offices at 63/65 Bretonside, Plymouth, provided 290 sq m (3,130 sq ft) of offices plus ancillary space.
