Miller Commercial of Truro have sold a freehold industrial unit known
as Unit 9, Plot 7, Gilston Road, Saltash. The substantial unit was of
portal frame construction and offered a gross internal area of 372.4 sq
m (4,008 sq ft). Unit 9 was sold off a guide price of £200,000.
Contracts have been exchanged between Bristol developer Terramond and Unitrunk, for the sale of Poplar Point, a 16,000 sq ft warehouse on Cabot Park in Avonmouth.
The building, which was built by Clevedon-based Sharemills, was sold for £1.55m.
The agents were Williams Gunter Hardwick and GVA Grimley.

The building was sold long leasehold to ARC Taunton Ltd, Electrical Contractors. The property was offered for sale at an asking price of £45,000. Hatfield White represented the vendor, a private investment company.
