Gladman Developments has sold its first office unit at Portis Fields, its £9m 53,670 sq ft, speculative office development in Portishead.
Raycom Electrical has acquired Unit 3, a stand-alone office of 2,250 sq ft, at a quoting price of £180 psf at Portis Fields, on Bristol Road, in

Portishead. Other deals are in the pipeline in the first phase of 21,100 sq ft, which Gladman Developments officially launched in February.
Gladman Developments was advised by the Bristol offices of DTZ Debenham Tie Leung and Lambert Smith Hampton.
