Oldends Farm, Stonehouse
Stonehouse

Bristol based Ashville Group have announced their latest land acquisition – a 5.5 acre site currently known as Oldends Farm in Stonehouse.

Part of the Stroudwater Business Park, the employment allocated site will form an extension to the business park and Ashville are currently devising the masterplan which will provide accommodation of larger units of up to 40,000 sq ft with the possibility of the scheme being developed out speculatively. Bruton Knowles acted for Ashville.
John Goodwin in Ledbury acted for the private landowner on this transaction.
Gloucester

Construction of one of the largest speculative industrial/distribution schemes undertaken in Gloucester in recent years is underway at St Modwen’s Quedgeley West Business Park, with completion scheduled this autumn.
A total of 120,000 sq ft of space will form the second phase of the development on the 32-acre site, part of the former RAF Quedgeley, a quarter of a mile from J12, M5. Six units ranging from 11,500 sq ft to 32,000 sq ft are planned and three, totalling 58,000 sq ft, are under construction.
Ash & Co and DTZ are joint letting agents for St Modwen.
