Poplar Park, Cabot Park, Avonmouth
Bristol
Bristol based Terramond Ltd has let the first of four warehouse units
at its Poplar Park scheme, part of the Cabot Park distribution centre
in Avonmouth, Bristol.
A deal has been agreed with DX Network Services Ltd (DX). The warehouse
is approx 32,000 sq ft and was completed this summer. DX has agreed a
rent of £6.50 psf.
Letting and sale agents for Poplar Park are Williams Gunter Hardwick and
GVA Grimley.
Whitmarsh Lockhart have let Units D3 – D6 South Marston Industrial Estate, Swindon to Parcelnet, who have taken a new 10 year lease.
Units D3 – D6 provided Parcelnet with 27,000 sq ft. The guide price was £4.50 psf pa.
