Boogaloos Restaurant and Coffee House, Cheltenham

The Bristol office of Christie & Co has sold Boogaloos Restaurant
and Coffee House at 16 Regent Street in Cheltenham, to the owners of Hannafords
Hotel in the town.
Boogaloos Restaurant was sold for an undisclosed figure from a quoted
asking price of £98,500 for the leasehold interest. The lease funs
until November 2013 and the current rent is £26,250 pa.
22 Mill Street Restaurant in the village of Chagford has been sold to a local hotelier in a deal transacted by the Exeter office of Christie & Co.
22 Mill Street has been sold for an undisclosed figure after Christie & Co sought offers in the region of £455,000 for the freehold interest.

Colliers Robert Barry have sold the Seven Stars at Bottlesford on behalf of private clients.
The Seven Stars has around 90 covers in four bar areas and a restaurant. The asking price was £750,000.
