Swansea Kenmore Property Group, on behalf of Kenmore Land, has completed the purchase of a 4.7-acre site at Swansea Vale. The company has committed to fund the development of two, two-storey office buildings totalling 100,000 sq ft and work has already commenced on site.		The deal, which represents a total commitment of £12.5m, will ensure the construction of the 70,000 sq ft and 30,000 sq ft properties by December 2008. Lambert Smith Hampton has been retained to let the scheme.
