Gilsea Park, Swansea Enterprise Park

Acting on behalf of Gill Brothers Properties Ltd, Lambert Smith Hampton has let four vacant units on Gilsea Park in Swansea Enterprise Park.
Ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 sq ft and let at a rental of between £5 and £5,50 psf, three of the units were let to established businesses already trading within the Enterprise Park, with a fourth taken by a franchise

operation setting up in the city. Unit 10 Gilsea Park has been let to Wales Air Ambulance on a two-year lease with Unit 14 let on similar terms to Chip Tech Automotive Body Repair.
Unit 12 has been taken by electrical company, Blue Amber Red on a short term let of six months following the acquisition of a company already located there, whilst Unit 4 has been let on a three-year lease to Jags Catering Swansea Ltd.

Cardiff
Unit 12, Greenhill Court, Springmeadow Business Park, Cardiff, comprising 2,000 sq ft has been sold to Express Garage Doors by Greenhill Estates for £170,000.
DTZ and GVA Grimley acted for the vendor.
