Knox & Wells have announced the completion and sale of the New Court Building at Hall Street, Blackwood.
The building was completed to provide 10,000 sq ft of new high quality, office and court facilities and prelet to The Secretary of State for 15 years.
The high profile scheme, including the fit-out, was completed within the budget and ahead of time, enabling the tenant to open three months ahead of schedule. The resulting investment was sold for £2.3m, 5.5%.
