Paul Budd, director of commercial lending
at Julian Hodge Bank, Cardiff
Paul Budd, director of commercial lending at Julian Hodge Bank Commercial, was voted Banker of the Year at the annual Welsh people in property awards in Cardiff.
The event, which raised £35,000 for the Variety Club, was attended by 440 guests. Paul topped a shortlist that included the Principality Building Society’s Gary Price and Stephen Cridland of Handelsbanken.
Senior surveyor
Lambert Smith Hampton has appointed Robert Camm to the industrial agency team based at its Swansea office.
Robert joins as a senior surveyor following a six-year training period at a local firm where he worked in the professional and agency department.
