Kenmore Property Group have announced that Swansea’s largest speculative office development is to be named Crucible Park.
Construction work is well underway on the £12.5m scheme in Swansea Vale that will create two new office buildings totalling 100,000 sq ft on a 4.7 acre site.
With progress on site well advanced, the 70,000 sq ft and 30,000 sq ft buildings that make up Crucible Park will provide high quality air-conditioned offices with large floor plates.
