Parc Ty Glas Industrial Estate, Cardiff
Fletcher Morgan acting on behalf of Euro Investment Properties Ltd have completed the sale of Parc Ty Glas Industrial Estate in Cardiff Businness Park, Llanishen, Cardiff.
The purchasers were the Industrial Investment Properties Ltd a fund managed by Legal and General and represented by King Sturge.
Parc Ty Glas Industrial Estate comprises six industrial / warehouse units totalling some 33,349 sq ft.
It is understood the estate secured a selling price in the region of £2.56m equating to a net initial yield in the region of 6.6%.
