Acting on behalf of The Castle Quarter Limited Partnership, E J Hales have let a café bar restaurant at 23 Womanby Street, Cardiff to Calcutta Club. The premises are let on a new 15 year lease at £45,000 pax. Calcutta Club was represented by Fletcher Morgan.
The Bristol office of Christie & Co have sold The Olives Court, a guest house in the seaside resort of Barry.
The Olives Court was sold for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £490,000 for the freehold interest.
