Gourmet Burger Kitchen has opened the doors on a new outlet at Mermaid Quay, the waterfront destination in Cardiff.
A rent of £40 psf was achieved on the letting of the 186 sq m (2,000 sq ft) prime ground floor unit, a record for Mermaid Quay.
The 14,000 sq m (150,000 sq ft) retail & leisure scheme owned by Schroders Exempt Property Unit Trust, and jointly developed by Schroders and Sovereign Land, is located right on the water’s edge as the focus for Cardiff Bay.
