Following the complete refurbishment of Cambrian Buildings in Cardiff
Bay, Lambert Smith Hampton has acquired offices at this period property
for the information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Acting on behalf of ICO, LSH negotiated a new 10 year lease at a rent
of £12 psf on the fourth floor office suite, extending to approx
1,987 sq ft.
LSH and Cooke and Arkwright are retained as joint marketing agents to
Cambrian Buildings.
Emanuel Jones has let The Mews, 38 Cathedral Road, Cardiff to Mr Jeff Williams on the basis of a new 10-year fri lease at a rental of £20,500 pa. The property provided an office of approx 1,500 sq ft.
Emanuel Jones acted on behalf of the landlord, while DTZ acted on behalf of the tenant.
