Partner
Chandler KBS has promoted Paul Rogers to partner.
Paul, who has been with ChandlerKBS for 10 years, as an associate has
been promoted as part of the company’s expansion plans. Paul will
manage the mechanical and electrical cost management work across the UK
together with the overall management of the building section of the Cardiff
practice.
Gareth Harries, a director at Rowland Jones and Partners of Swansea, has been appointed to the panel of Arbitrators and also to their panel of Independent Experts.
Both panels consist of RICS members who have experience in dealing with disputes which arise within leases, generally relating to disagreements over the level of rent to be fixed at rent reviews.
