Cardiff Work is now complete on Raglan House, the new 24,000 sq ft office complex at Cardiff Gate International Business Park, which will house Castleoak. Relocating from smaller offices at Cardiff Gate, Castleoak is moving its headquarters to the three-storey facility. The company is planning		to take occupation in readiness for the New Year. Fletcher Morgan is the letting agent for the business park. Meanwhile, Haymarket Media Group has agreed a 10-year lease for the ground floor of 9 Oak Tree Court. The 2,132 sq ft premises were let at a rent of £33,000 pa.
