Dekor plc building, Waterton industrial estate, Bridgend

Barola Property Holdings has again turned to Julian Hodge Bank Commercial to finance its latest venture in the South Wales commercial property market.
This time Barola subsidiary Devonald Johns LLP has bought the 130,000 sq ft Dekor plc building at the Waterton industrial estate in Bridgend for £3.5m.
Last year with funding of £4m provided by Julian Hodge Bank Commercial, Barola bought the former Technicolor DVD production plant at Llantarnam, now let after refurbishment to Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd.
Dekor will lease it back from Devonald Johns initially for the next five years.

Caerphilly
Joint agents Alder King and Lambert Smith Hampton have let unit 19 on Pant Glas Industrial Estate in Caerphilly, on behalf of owner Celtic Property Developments.
The 45,658 sq ft industrial unit was let to Bearmach Ltd on a new fri lease at a rent in the region of £140,000 pa.
