Cardiff Acting on behalf of RT Properties, Lambert Smith Hampton has acquired the long leasehold on the former Gardners warehouse unit on Hadfield Road, Cardiff for £1.55m. E J Hales and Knight Frank acted on behalf of the vendor, Gardners in disposing of the 2,212 sq m (23,818 sq ft) industrial unit located two miles south west of Cardiff city centre.
