Carmarthen GVA Grimley has secured two new occupiers for a refurbished period office property in the centre of Carmarthen. Lyric Buildings is situated in Kings Street, and takes its name from the adjoining Lyric Theatre. Cerebra is taking the whole of the second floor (4,400 sq ft) on a new 20-year lease. The 31.35 sq m (348 sq ft) unit has been let to Clee Tompkinson and Frances at a rental of £7,500 pa for a term of three years.
