Kevin Mills is working within the valuation team, having graduated from the University of the West of England earlier this year. James Petherick has also joined as part of the firm’s national graduate trainee scheme, within the offices agency and development team, working alongside Stuart Ramsey. James graduated in Law from Cardiff University and is now studying for his RICS APC. Nicole Kruger joins the residential agency and investment team as assistant to Alex Williams. Nicole is currently studying for a BSc in real estate development and appraisal at the University of Glamorgan and has previously held roles in residential sales and lettings.
