Plot 8 Cardiff Gate International Business Park, Cardiff Cardiff Detailed planning consent has been submitted for the next phase of office development at Cardiff Gate International Business Park. Totalling 3.8 acres, Plot 8 is located fronting Malthouse Avenue and		will comprise 84,165 sq ft of high specification offices. Construction is due to commence shortly by Sir Robert McAlpine with completion expected for the end of next year. Tony Fletcher, managing director of Cardiff Gate Business Park commented: “The office accommodation will range in size from 2,026 sq ft up to 20,000 sq ft for larger requirements with car parking.” Fletcher Morgan is the letting agent for the business park. John James of Fletcher Morgan commented: “In addition to the office development, 6,000 sq ft of ground floor retail accommodation will be made available to complement the other retail amenities at the park.” Planning has also been granted for a 10,050 sq ft stand-alone office building on land adjacent to the Regus offices at the park.
