wagamama is to open its first restaurant in Wales at Mermaid Quay, the high profile waterfront retail and leisure destination in Cardiff Bay, owned by Schroders.
wagamama has taken a 468 sq m (5,038 sq ft), first floor unit, seating up to 110 people and is scheduled to open in April.
Strong competition for space in the scheme has contributed to a steady rise in rental values from £25 psf to the current £40 psf over a five-year period.
