Acting on behalf of local independent landlords, Snowtom Properties, Lambert
Smith Hampton have let Suite A, Maple House in Tawe Business Village in
Swansea to NFER, the National Foundation for Education Research.
The 1,041 sq ft, ground floor, self contained office suite has been let
an initial rental of £11,600 pa for a term of three years. NFER
is a not-for-profit organisation that has relocated from Hawthorn House
also in Tawe Business Village.
On behalf of Mark Williams Associates, Fletcher Morgan has let 6 Bute Crescent, Cardiff Bay to Bellway Homes.
The 2,380 sq ft nia property was let on a three-year lease, outside the Landlord and Tenant Act, at a rental of £31,000 pax.
