Acting on behalf of Richard Beeston and Drina Roberts, the Bristol office of Christie & Co, has sold Robert Street Stores in Manselton, Swansea.
The business occupies the ground floor of a Victorian end terrace house, which has been refurbished internally and externally. The shop comprises approx 340 sq ft of sales area, with a food preparation room to the rear.
The three-bedroom owner’s accommodation is located over two floors and has an enclosed rear patio garden, with side-gated access and rear access into the shop.
Robert Street Stores was sold for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £270,000 for the freehold interest.

Swansea
Acting on behalf of K & W Developments, Lambert Smith Hampton has succeeded in letting unit 3 Samlet Shopping Centre in Swansea’s Enterprise Park.
The 1,500 sq ft retail unit has been taken by Mr Dean Collier on a three-year lease at an average rental of £13,000 pa and will trade as World of Aquatics.
The letting means that Samlet Shopping Centre on Samlet Road is now fully occupied with all seven units let.
