Acting on behalf of Johnson Group Pension Nominees, Lambert Smith Hampton has sold the leasehold retail investment at 46 Stepney Street, Llanelli. 		The property has been held on a long ground lease and let to Johnson Cleaners UK Ltd for a term of ten years from 10 March 2004.
The rent passing was £25,000 with a review in 2009. A price of £336,000 was achieved representing a gross yield of 7.36%.
