Wayne Rees and Rob Emanuel at Bocam Park		Pencoed High demand for office space at Bocam Park, Pencoed has enabled Macob to continue construction of the next phase. The developer has seen sustained demand for space at the business park since the site was acquired in 2004 and so has taken the decision to bring the construction schedule forward. The latest phase of Bocam Park was completed just two months ago with work on the next phase already underway. With the continued support of Barclays, the £30m business park just off J35 of the M4 will provide a total of 200,000 sq ft once development of the site is complete.
