Padfields Builders and Plumbing Merchants Ltd has bought 6,587 sq ft of industrial space on Hadfield Road, Leckwith, Cardiff for £425,000. Atisreal Ltd was the agent acting on behalf of the landlords.
The former Heliport, Southpoint Industrial Estate, Cardiff comprising 4,270 sq ft has been sold for £405,000 to Cardiff Bay Office Furniture. Cooke & Arkwright acted for the vendor.
