The annual charity 66-mile cycle ride from Hay-on-Wye to Cardiff, organised by King Sturge, will this year raise money for the Children’s Hospital for Wales.
The ninth Hay Ride takes place on Sunday 23 September. Last year, 40 riders raised £10,000 for Pontypridd Children’s Contact Centre, bringing the running total over eight years from the ride to more than £50,000 for children’s charities in south Wales.
Huw Thomas of King Sturge said “This year we have linked up with The Wooden Spoon Society, a rugby charity which supports disadvantaged children and young people.”
