Development and Construction company Macob has signed up a new tenant to its Bocam Park scheme at Pencoed.
Acting on behalf of Macob, Emanuel Jones has completed a letting to
RA Conway Telemarketing has agreed a five-year lease for the ground floor of 7 Oldfield Road. The 1,590 sq ft premises was let at a rent of £13.50 psf.
