Lambert Smith Hampton has sold an industrial/distribution unit at Upper Fforest Way in Swansea’s Enterprise Park to a private Swansea investor.
LSH acted for Westbourne Hygiene Medical Ltd in negotiating the £1m sale of the 17,300 sq ft industrial unit which had previously been used for the distribution of cleaning products.

23/24 Leeway Industrial Estate, Newport has been sold freehold for £460,000.
The 864 sq m (9,304 sq ft) premises were sold by a private vendor to Amber Dudes Ltd. Linnells acted for the vendor.
