Stradform has started work on a £4m project for the Welsh Assembly Government to build 45 industrial units at the former Pirelli Cables site, Newport as part of major urban regeneration in the area.
As well as the industrial units, which will range from 400 to 5,000 sq ft,
the regeneration of the old Pirelli Cables site includes the construction of new homes.
Work started on site in February and the project is due for completion at the end of 2007.
