CS 3000, Newport
AWG Property in a joint venture agreement with Robert Hitchins is to develop 35,000 sq ft of speculative office space at the £100m Celtic Springs Business Park.
The developers are joining forces to deliver CS 3000, a three storey, six ‘wing’, office scheme at the Newport business park. AWG Property is overall developer of the 45-acre Celtic Springs Business Park.
Hutchings & Thomas and Knight Frank are joint marketing agents for Celtic Springs Business Park.
Building work on CS 3000 is well advanced and due for completion in the autumn.
