Cardiff Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) have negotiated the letting of Unit 2C at Taff Well Industrial Estate near Cardiff. Acting as joint agents with DTZ, LSH has negotiated a £5.25 psf deal for the 7,817 sq ft unit to Asprey Transport Ltd.		Taffs Well Industrial Estate is owned by AXA UK Pension Trustees and Unit 2C has been let on a 10 year lease on fri terms. Close to Treforest Industrial Estate and J32 of the M4 motorway the refurbished unit includes offices, a large forecourt and parking.
