Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has relocated its Cardiff operation to new office space within Cardiff’s Callaghan Square development.
LSH is taking new space to support its growth in the capital and across Wales. LSH employs 22 people in Cardiff with four set to join within the coming month and plans to recruit more in the New Year.
LSH has taken a 10-year lease on 3,600 sq ft of office space on the 6th floor of 3 Callaghan Square, one of three buildings that comprise the second phase of the largest speculative scheme in Cardiff.
In addition to becoming one of building number three’s first tenants. LSH is retained as managing agents on the entire Callaghan scheme.
A joint venture be developers MEPC and Cardiff-based property company Rightacres, Callaghan Square will bring a total of 160,000 sq ft of grade A accommodation to the Cardiff city centre office market. It is due for completion in spring 2008. Callaghan Square is eventually set to provide more than 500,000 sq ft of new commercial development.
LSH previously operated from offices in Longcross court on Newport Road.
