Hotel agency Colliers Robert Barry has opened a new office in Cardiff making it the only national hotel and licensed property agent to open a dedicated office in Wales. This is its first Welsh offering and the twelfth in the Colliers Robert Barry network. The office will be headed up by James Richards, who returns to his roots after a long absence.
