Newport A 35,000 sq ft of speculative office scheme at the £100m Celtic Springs Business Park could lead to the creation of 700 hi-tech jobs at the double, it has been revealed. The £9m, three storey, six ‘wing’, just-completed development at the £100m business park could expand to 70,000 sq ft doubling the number of potential jobs.		Joint venture developers AWG Property Ltd and Robert Hitchins say, subject to demand, there is scope to create a mirror image of the office block creating a u-shaped building. Prospective job creation would be boosted from 350 to 700. Joint marketing agents are Hutchings & Thomas and Knight Frank.
