Llanelli Acting on behalf of Andton Properties, Lambert Smith Hampton has succeeded in letting the vacant unit at the Exchange Buildings in Llanelli. Number five, a 1,900 sq ft retail unit, has been taken on a 25-year lease at an initial rent of £12,000 pa and will operate as an Indian restaurant.
