Two construction companies can now call Ashtree Court their home thanks
to a recent relocation to Cardiff Gate International Business Park. Ashtree
Court is the latest phase to be completed in the 26,020 sq ft development,
and is now fully occupied.
Building and civil engineering contractor Sir Robert McAlpine has moved
its Welsh operation to Unit 6 of Ashtree Court at the 100-acre business
park. The facility totals 3,210 sq ft and benefits from 14 car parking spaces.
The unit at Cardiff Gate is also home to Renewable Energy Systems (RES),
a wholly owned subsidiary of Sir Robert McAlpine that has |
|
been
an established presence at the forefront of the wind energy industry for
two decades.
Construction company Leadbitter joins Sir Robert McAlpine at Ashtree Court,
following a move from smaller premises at the business park. Leadbitter
has taken a 3,290 sq ft unit for its regional office at Ashtree Court.
Meanwhile, the final unit on Ashtree Court amounting to 3,920 sq ft with
18 car parking spaces has been sold to a private investor. The asking price
was £200 psf.
