Barry Minton Investments Barry Ltd have acquired public house, The Buccaneer, in Barry. Alder King acted on their behalf in the transaction. The pub, which occupies 62 to 66 Holton Road, comprises a total area of 11,172 sq ft and is arranged over four floors. It is currently let		on a 35-year lease with no breaks to the Barracuda Group, who runs the Buccaneer. The passing rent is £60,000 pa. Minton Investments Barry Ltd acquired the property for £1m which reflected a net initial yield of 5.67% after costs. Cooke & Arkwright and Allsop acted on behalf of the vendor.
