Cardiff
In the most significant development in Cardiff this year, Wales Audit Office
has agreed terms to move to a new headquarters building in Cathedral Road.
Fletcher Morgan acted for the landlord and King Sturge advised the Wales
Audit Office.
Historically on a split site location at Park Grove and Park Place as the
Audit Commission and the Audit Office respectively, the two organisations
merged in 2005. The newly formed Wales Audit Office is consolidating under
one roof at 24 Cathedral Road following a search by King Sturge. The property
