Cardiff Christie & Co has sold the Pen Y Lan Retirement Hotel in Cardiff. The property is registered for 15 residents and comprises an attractive detached Victorian house build around 1900, but has been		subsequently extended to provide the current accommodation. Pan Y Lan Retirement Hotel was sold for an undisclosed sum from an asking price of £650,000 for the freehold interest.
