Mermaid Quay, Cardiff have secured a new letting to Herb & Ellie’s Bakery & Deli.
The 170 sq m (1,831 sq ft) store, which is due to open on 3 March 2008, will be equipped to seat 49 people alongside the retail and take away operation.
The Mermaid Quay 14,000 sq m (150,000 sq ft) retail & leisure scheme is owned by the Schroder Exempt Property Unit Trust.

Acting on behalf of MMR Holdings Ltd, Lambert Smith Hampton has succeeded in letting a restaurant unit on the ground floor of 14-16 Station Road, Llanelli.
The 2,163 sq ft unit, formerly trading as Fortune Inn, has been let to Mr M Ahmed, trading as Moods Indian Restaurant at an initial rent of £18,500 pa with five-yearly rent reviews.
