Chepstow Lambert Smith Hampton has been appointed by Frontier Estates to market Wales’ largest speculative industrial development, Severn Crossing in Chepstow. Ground works have begun on the 26-acre new build scheme that will provide a total of 48,738 sq m (524,617 sq ft) of warehouse		accommodation. Three units are available to lease or purchase ranging from 4,645 sq m (50,000 sq ft) to 18,580 sq m (200,000 sq ft) with the option of dividing one of the units into three self-contained properties of 50,000 sq ft each. LSH are retained as joint marketing agents with DTZ.
