Lakeside Court, Cwmbran		Cwmbran The first phase of a new office development in Cwmbran is on target for a spring completion. Works are now well advanced for the first phase of development at Lakeside Court, a new high quality office development being built on Llantarnam Park, Cwmbran. In total, Lakeside Court is anticipated to provide around 48,000 sq ft of offices with the first phase comprising six units ranging in size from 2,240 sq ft to 14,000 sq ft. The first of the buildings is due to be completed by March 2008. K & W Developments are the developers of Lakeside Court; DTZ are sole agents.
