Cardiff Virgin Media has agreed terms on 21 Cathedral Walk located within St David’s Shopping Centre, Cardiff. Virgin Media has taken the unit on a new five year lease at a		commencing rental of £165,000 pa. The store provides a ground floor sales area of 1,074 sq ft and first floor sales totalling 510 sq ft. Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP advised Virgin Media Ltd and E J Hales represented the landlord, Land Securities and CSC.
