Another tenant has signed to take occupation at Wynstone Business Park in Monmouth. Oasis Software solutions have opened a new regional office at the park as part of their continued expansion. They have signed a three-year lease on an office of approx 450 sq ft at a rental of £12,000 pa. Parrys Commercial are the retained letting agents.
Newport
Broadhall has sold its shareholding in Celtic Springs Business Park, Newport, to its joint venture partner AWG Property Ltd.
A natural conclusion to a planned phase which has seen the £100m business park in Newport move from strength to strength, AWG Property Ltd will be taking over total control of the park’s future
Celtic Springs, which is to receive another £3-4m of investment this year, has attracted high profile occupiers such as HM Prison Service, boosting the number of jobs to the area by 500. Wales and West Utilities also has its headquarters on site. Work is due to start shortly on an £11m, five star, Ramada Plaza Hotel.
Broadhall will continue to work alongside AWG Property Ltd as the joint venture partners on Gwent Europark, located in Newport.
Cardiff
Unit 2, Resolven House, St Mellons Business Park, Cardiff comprising 1,114 sq ft has been sold – long leasehold for £235,000 by D Herbert (Builders) Ltd to Reflex Marketing.
Cooke & Arkwright and Fletcher Morgan acted for the vendor.
