Jane Tooley has been appointed a director of Urban and Regional Property Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Robert Hitchins Ltd.
New Office Opened
Countrywide Property Management has expanded by opening a new office in Swansea.
They have recruited Shane Harrison as senior property manager.
Chair Appointed
Hutchings & Thomas managing director Robert Carew-Chaston has been appointed chair of RICS South East Wales Local Association.
Mr Carew-Chaston, based at Gold Tops, Newport, said: “I’m delighted and honoured to take up the position of chair of the South East Wales Local Association of the RICS.
But make no mistake I am under no illusions about the task that lies ahead or the extreme toughness of following on after Steve Slocombe’s two-year tenure.
That aside I am keen to get stuck into the challenge and to become as fully involved as I can as chair – work commitments permitting – in helping to promote the array of exciting and stimulating events and meetings that are planned for the coming months.”
