Cardiff BBInternational has had a manufacturing facility and head office in Llanishen for over ten years and has recently taken additional offices within Archway House, Llanishen, Cardiff. The expansion follows the recent acquisition of Theratase plc.		The offices, which extend to 5,370 sq ft, were taken on a five year lease at a rent of £11.50 psf. The offices were formerly occupies by First Rand (Ireland) plc, who have relocated. DTZ acted for First Rand (Ireland) plc.
